After the Great
Battle, the Warrior Clans will have to rebuild their numbers after the death of so many, including the former Thunder Clan leader, Firestar. The clans are separate groups of wild cats that hunt to survive. The new Thunder Clan leader, Bramblestar, will have to lead his clan after a storm that floods all the clans. He will have to go through many obstacles, such as hostile rogues. How will he hold his clan together before the flood goes down?
Although this book may seem a bit lame, it really is not. This book tackles real world problems, such as terrorists, hunger, and unbearable weather. This novel is full of many surprises that keep you reading dozens of pages at a time. Sometimes I wonder what animals are thinking and how they are organized in the wild.
One part I loved about this book was how the same place changed so much throughout this novel.

Hi! I’m Amanda, the Teen Librarian at Fairfield Area Library. I have a four-legged child named Bailey, a cat who acts like a dog. He plays fetch, chases his tail and comes when he is called.
Favorite Books: I love reading mystery novels and young adult fiction. Team Peeta! My favorite books are always changing, but my favorite series at the moment are the Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken and the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer. Anything by Jasper Fforde, Rick Riordan, Steve Berry or Steve Sheinkin.
Favorite Food: I love food, but nothing tops homemade macaroni and cheese.
Favorite Music: I will listen to almost anything; but I tend to lean more towards pop, rock, show tunes and country. I am also a huge fan of a-capella music (which includes all genres). Queen is still my favorite band of all time.
Favorite Reference Question: “Where is your Teen Section?”
