Read + Review: The White Rose by Amy Ewing

51je-Tg3pHL._SY344_BO1,204,203,200_This incredible sequel to the amazing first book “The Jewel” completely lived up to my expectations. With a new surprise and trial around every corner, The White Rose is a real page-turner! Violet, Ash, and Raven are completely in Lucien’s hands as they try to escape the Jewel. Raven’s mind has been twisted, and she faces death at the end of her pregnancy. Ash is now the most wanted man in the Jewel. How can Violet save herself and them from the clutches of the Houses and the Regimentals?

I loved The White Rose. All of the characters have their own specific and lovable personality, and you really can see how she evolves the characters throughout the book. Also, the book had a lot of constant action. There were no dull parts, which made me fly right through it!

Amy Ewing masterfully puts on display Violet’s Augury magic. The way she describes it is very thought-provoking.
