Read + Review — Under Their Skin by Margaret Peterson Haddix

under their skin When Nick and Eryn’s mom remarries, they are told their lives will go on normally. Then, she lets slip about the step-siblings they knew nothing about for two years. Always up for an adventure, the twelve-year-old twins set off to find out who these new kids are and why their parents are being so secretive about them. What they find could change everything.

I really loved this book, and thought it was very thrilling with many plot twists. It was interesting how Nick and Eryn went on a quest to discover their real step-siblings. I thought that the real truth about the kids was a huge shock and very cool to think about. Over all, I loved the science fiction-like and mysterious nature of this book.

I thought it was worth noting how Nick and Eryn were only twelve years old. I feel like this age range often gets overlooked in favor of older teenagers.
