North Park Branch Library has a great Young Adult section!
North Park opened on Franconia Road in 2001 -- did you know that before that it operated out of a trailer near the Wal-Mart?
In 2010, the Friends of the Library helped us redecorate the teen space, which we expanded a little, too, so grab a bean bag chair and hang out a while!
Come get your laugh on at Libbie Mill Library!
We’re bringing improv comedy to Libbie Mill Library, people! We are hosting 3 improv comedy workshops this summer: Teens, Adults, and Children. The first of our improv workshops, the Teen workshop, is coming up on July 20th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register ASAP to guarantee your spot! We’ll be playing a number of short form comedy games that are played in improv theaters all over the country! Those who are interested need to have an open mind, a sense of humor, and a willingness to think outside the box! Let’s do this!

The teens at Libbie Mill worked hard to create two Post-It Note masterpieces. One window to the teen room features Pikachu, who is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The other features Princess Peach, and you can watch her creation in the video.
